Mukesh Ambani, the owner of Reliance Industries Limited, announced Jio's 4G services in June 2015. And since then, Jio has come a long way. In Oct 2022, Jio began rolling out 5G services in select cities in India. Currently, Jio users who receive the Welcome Offer will be able to enjoy unlimited internet consumption at no extra cost if their mobile has an active recharge plan- prepaid or postpaid- for Rs 239 or higher.
Jio continues to be a major player in the Indian telecommunications market, offering both 4G and 5G services to its customers, as well as other services such as home broadband and enterprise solutions.

Gonna switch my service to vi or airtel bye bye 👋 jio 2g sorry, jio4g. Spent too much money 💷 recent days not even connect with Internet and some areas only shows one network bar due to coverage can't use internet I feel this issue last 6 months. my advice to all experiencing worst service from jio. they won't fix the network problem immediately they says it would take 6 months. how many time off and on airplane mode to retain network signal. who are all experiencing network issues with jio just port your number to some other services. Once switch to other network I'll update here.
