My follow up to "Superman Classic" - a traditionally animated Super Fan Film that celebrates Superman through the ages.

60s or 40s, it wouldn't stop me from animating him! The whole idea of Superman "Classic" is to mix everything from the character's history without being limited to a particular era, and instead go "timeless". It'd be fun to even do Doomsday or Cyborg Superman at some point, but stay in this cool, retro style!

Mind blowing animation! This is the most EPIC vision of Superman since the early Fleisher cartoons. SO WHEN is DC going to hire you to direct one of their animated feature films?!

0:23-0:50 I just absolutely adore the character animation on Clark and Lois. I also really dig the dialogue exchange between the two, with Clark's nervous mannerisms at the concern of being caught as Superman, and Lois' snarky attitude and 50's news reporter slang indefinitely working off her character as she talks was just icing on the cake. Great job man! 10 outta 10!

I love the timelessness, the tongue-in-cheekiness, the humor infused with the action, and the lack of that typical "brooding hero" in this. I wish Superman comics were actually like this!

I'm a huge fan of that retro Art Deco aesthetic, as well. Metropolis should always be its own character rather than just being the New York stand-in you sometimes see in the comics.

The Bizarro voice is really unique. Great job!

I'm a huge Superman fan and the fact that someone loves him so much they put in the time, effort, and money to make two of these really makes me happy. I love knowing that this character that has inspired me for so many years has had this kind of impact on someone else. Fabulous work. I'm amazed by this. I really cannot praise this, or you, enough.

Really well done! Love the digital voice flip, scariest sounding Bizarro I've ever heard! And Bizarro should be scary, he may not be vary bright and at time he may be child-like, but he is a being that possesses all the powers of superman - plus he kinda looks like a zombie.

The only thing I would have liked to seen was his powers switched. Not all incarnations of Bizarro have done this, but most of the modern versions of Bizarro (along with the really good versions of them) have had his Heat Vision and Freeze Breath flipped, giving Bizarro Freeze Vision instead and Heat Breath. More Bizarro like.

I know these videos were posted years ago and it's likely that Mr. Pratt has moved on to bigger things (and potentially abandoned this account), but I stumbled upon a repost of them and decided to find the source. These are incredible pieces of animated media, truly love letters to Superman as a whole that pay homage to the character and his history. It would be so cool to see more of these. Thank you again for posting your work, sir, you are truly a visionary.

As a huge Superman fan myself, Superman and Bizarro Classic where amazing. I'm really interested to see how he takes out all of those robots in Supes Classic, maybe a sequel? I'd love to see a Batman Classic jump in and help Supes out. Great work man, never stop.
