I pass my skills ..but Fail the test exam I'm going back at it on next week I pray that I will pass 🙏

For question 4 none of the options are ethically correct. Option A, if a CNA has been asked to do a bed change (provided time not given so i am assuming it as an asap and not a routine time, ) so the CNA is responsible to find assistance at that vey time and change the sheet. The CNA cannot wait for another nurse's or CNA"s open schedule for help.

I am so sorry I am commenting again but some options ARE incorrect. For Qs. 8 CNA's are not allowed to prick any residents or patients, specially if they are diabetic. CNA'S even are not allowed to trim nails for a diabetic patient. So the answer is correct to your Qs 8 but the framing of the options are not ethically correct .Its confusing.
