Does the G90 M5 really make 727HP? Stock Dyno Runs to find out!

The new G90 M5 is the most powerful M5 BMW have ever produced, claiming the S68 Hybrid Twin Turbo V8 puts out 727HP. This is a number we couldn't have even imagined a conventional road car coming with 20 years ago.

However BMW is pretty infamous for under-rating their cars, especially the BMW M cars. So with the run-in-service complete on our new G90 M5 project car it's time to head to the dyno to find out just how much power it's really making!

Thats great. 675 whp and 1080 nm of torque. The cs will be madness. And it shouldnt be hard to hit that magic 1000hp at the crank.

This car is a revelation... Journalists with all the weight talk tried to talk it down but it trumps most it's rivals with the gt63 hybrid maybe being it's main competitor.. But the m5 is better looking in my opinion and probably even more practical 🤷🏾‍♂️ a masterclass by BMW.. The road tax as well??

Much more power than the F90, but the same 100-200 km/h times due to an extreme weight of the G90 😢

Not much faster then the model couple years before, nice no doubt but too heavy heck it's pretty close to being a 4x4 suv in weight.. What kinda misses the whole point, as it's made to go up against porsches, not really trackhawks and g wagons lol anyway a quality video regardless welldone.

Are you going to drag race it?And if so would you consider participating in the Romanian dragrace champion ship?Now under a new leadership it’s awesome, they are trying to revive dragracing in eastern europe, i know it’s far but it has four rounds, the first one on 26-27-28 of april, the first day being test&tune, last year was the first year under the new leadership and it was fire, with more than 100 pilots from accros europe, dragsters, drift area with two pro drift cars, food, stands for spectators and they had a truck with a jet engine also, for show, i am subscibed to you guys and i wanted to spread the word because i would love to see as many cars there as possible 😂 btw it’s at the Arad airport on the runway in western Romania

How much of the power was provided by the electric motors? It's not really apples to apples, WRT the F90. I think the F90 engine makes more horsepower.
