Gura Mocks Calli's Taste in Drinks | Hololive EN Fan Animation

There certainly are some odd energy drinks flavours.

Would you look at that, after a number of delays, and an error I noticed after 3/4 of it was finished rendering (which is why this is a day late), first animation of the year! Boy oh boy, did the latter half of this project give me grief, especially Calli's hair physics. Definitely time to remake that rig. While this clip hasn't been around as long as some of the others on my list, I wanted to animate it the moment I saw it. Plus, I wanted to animate an actual conversation, which I'd never truly done before. So here we are. And as usual, better late than never. Hope you enjoy. :)

NGL, I tried one of these drinks because of Calli's ringing endorsement and Gura's visceral disgust. They taste like the bottom of a bag of sour patch kids. 10/10, would ruin mouth again.

I like the idea of Gura talking down to Calli about something when she's less than half the height of Calli, but Gura still uses this deep, sarcastic voice with her. It's the definition of punching upwards.

God I remember that episode. I laughed so hard when Gura was like "you have the palette of a six year old!". Hearing it again, with the amazing animation, and your own original setting, was even funnier.
