That is so weird on the Tide! I tried to use two paper coupons too and It kicked the liquid paper coupon off and used the digital instead too!

Today I bought 6 products. 4 had the coupons and the other 2 were clearance stuff with no coupons. Then I added 1 RR and it kicked 2 digital coupons out. Walgreens coupon system is so frustrating!😤

I had problems this week too! I did a transaction with the Tide and Crest deals and used the paper coupons for the Tide. One of them worked, but the other ended up attaching to the Crest so my $3 off 2 digital didn't apply. Then, I did the Tide deal again at a different Walgreens and the cashier said I couldn't use both paper coupons for the pods and liquid, I could only use one 🙄good thing I still had the digital versions of the those coupons so I was able to use them and customer service gave me 3000 points for the Crest coupon not working.

The Gillette/Venus coupons have been a problem since last month when I tried to use it. I was also given a fantastic excuse that "you cannot use a MFR on the second Venus as I was already getting it 50% off". Anyway I just decided to walk away from that deal, showed her another deal where the paper coupon did work on a discounted item ( infact I was telling her that the computer or perhaps the manufacturer P&G needs to look into it - kind of case and point - I was appreciative that they were trying to help me....) but I don't think the manager was happy at me pointing out to her as she went off on a tangent as to how they were all trained on the rules etc etc !!

I also had an issue with the digital Venus coupon when using a paper one too. I'm going to live chat with Walgreens and get my 4K points back. I bought two men's and two women's razors with $12 in coupons, 20K in points, paid $4.15 and still got the RR.

I was so disappointed in my local Walgreens. I tried at 2 different stores to earn Register Rewards for next week but none of them printed out. I did get points credited to my account after pointing it out to the cashier, but it's just not the same.

Sorry you had a difficult time with the Gillette coupons. Other couponers were saying the digital and paper coupons were not working together and that it’s been happening that way for awhile. Too bad the cashier didn’t push it through for you. The long way around it would be to use the paper coupon and then call customer service to give you pts for the digitals. Anyway, I feel your frustration!

SO last night I went and did the Colgate deal - 3 @3.99 get a $5 reward; the catalina machine was working - because it printed the $3 reward for the tide - but it didn't print the crest reward; I tried contacting walgreens customer support but they said they couldn't give it to me in points that I had to contact catalina customer support - that's a first for me. Anyone else?
