Saying to them that dwell on the earth, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the WOUND by a sword, and did live.

This means the Antichrist will make those who received a vVAX get a Vaccine Digital ID Passport in order for them to buy or sell or be part of the beast system.
