WBDC and SMNC hold meeting to discuss women in the workforce

Women leaders gathered at the Stamford Museum and Nature Center Monday to take part in a "Women, Leadership, and the Workplace panel discussion. Hosted by the Women's Business Development Council the event served as the perfect supplement to a traveling Smithsonian exhibition on display at the Nature Center called "The Way We Worked."
Discussing women's roles in the workforce past and present, topics on the panel included what women bring to the table, how they're treated today, and wages. Monday's panel members included Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman, Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, and other women leaders in the community.
