CANNIBAL SANDWICH | Wildcat | Tiger Meat -- raw beef & onion | Represent: Wisconsin

Around Milwaukee, there's an old tradition of eating #cannibal sandwiches which are composed of ground raw beef on rye bread topped with onion and salt and pepper. Also known as wild cat or tiger meat, the #sandwich is believed to be a form of steak tartare. History aside, it sounds intriguing, so let's make it! 😋

“This isn’t human flesh”

Exactly what someone who was eating human flesh would say...

I am glad you didn't become a cannibal. Because on your next video, you would say "Hello my tasties" 🤮

Honestly cannibal Emmy wouldn’t be that horrendous, she’d pay a lot of respect to our bodies before feasting 👀👀👀

You need to have that with a Wisconsin old fashioned. The alcohol keeps you from getting sick. At least that was my grandparents philosophy 😂

As a Minnesotan, I can definitely verify that Wisonsinites do this. Also have family in Wisconsin that do this.

It was back in 97’, I was a trucker working for a company based in Wausau WI and during the super bowl that year, Green Bay played Denver. A few local guys took me up to a bar, or “tavern” as they called it, up in Chippewa Falls to watch the game and had me try “Wild Cat” not telling me what it was. I remember I wasn’t pleased but I think it was partially because I wasn’t sure what I was eating. I thought mountain lion perhaps Lol. So here I am reminiscing 22 years later and I look it up and here is your video. Thank you for letting me know 22 years later what it was I tried ! LOL You made it look a lot more appetizing then back then. Great video xo

normal German breakfast toast 😂As a German I had more onions on my so called "Mett Brot" than raw beef 😂😂 and more raw meat than bread 😅 it's always funny to see something that's totally normal for yourself to be weird for others

My grandma used to eat a small rolled up ball of raw hamburger when she was making hamburger patties. I remember saying ewwwe and she was acting like she didn't do anything, lol. I sure do miss her.

Oh my gosh I love how Emmy is always so very kind and is never judge-mental when she is learning or making food that most people would think is disgusting
