For those who are confused, rubick spellsteal increases debuff duration by 30%, this technically increases both arcane curse and last word duration, and because ac duration is paused during lw activation, the entire silence duration nearly doubled. Rubick lv 15 talent also reduces stolen spells cd by 25% so he’s more than capable of recasting both spells while the last one hasn’t expired yet

and the spells are actually nerfed relative to how they behaved a long time ago, when you could make it so arcane curse was undispellable, and last word had a massive AOE cast radius at level 25 (the new AOE is much lower)

I feel like its a downgrade... With the old(new) last word, necro would get shitton of dmg just for having multiple silences stacked ... This was its just a fuckin hour long silence and you need someome else to kill him...

Silencer spells are cancer this patch. Looks like it's even worse when Rubick casts them. Poor guy
