If we accept the logic of those who support staying in Syria we will NEVER leave that country. Is that what we want? We are spending a fortune in deploying and maintaining our troops in Syria, not to mention endangering the lives of those Soldiers, and the only ones who are really benefiting from this is the military industrial complex. My recommendation as a 63 year old retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant (1972-1993), former defense contractor (2005-2010) and moderate independent voter to President Trump is don't feel you need to defend this, just do it. It is time to end our involvement in Syria NOW!?
