Hi there, great channel! I’m quite addicted. Just wondering if you think either the Ultra or Clash 108 would be a suitable replacement for a Wilson Steam 105S. Specs are similar although the Steam has the very open 16x15 string patten. I’ve played with it for a few years (mostly doubles) – I usually carry 3 racquets at different tensions but have recently cracked one so I think it’s time to move on. Trouble is the Steam 105S is very unique and it is going to be very difficult getting used to a different racquet. Why do you think the popularity of Wilson’s spin effect technology died so quickly? I understand about the string breakage issue but it has never been a problem for me (it helps that I string my own racquets I guess).

The 108 clash is heavier so that makes it more powerful especially since the 108 clash is more head heavy than all the other clashes. Everyone talks about the ultra being a semi rocket launcher but it's sw is only 315 on either the 108 or 100 versions.

Is this armfriendly? Or is the Clash 108 better for the arm? I am an old player.

Looks like the perfect frame for salmon fishing, needs only a "restring" to "net". Seriously, my Dad used a Hammer when started to lose his vision and still wanted to play. Guess who will follow. :) So I am glad Wilson is thinking of us aging pros, too.
