3 oz. chicken breast - I used pre-cooked
½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
¼ cup buffalo sauce
2 tbsp. Greek yogurt ranch dressing
2 Joseph’s mini pitas
2 tbsp. Shredded cheddar cheese

How to make

1. Dice pre-cooked chicken into small pieces
2. In a small bowl, mix together chicken, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing
3. Spread mixture onto two mini pita breads (or 1 big one!)
4. Toss on some shredded cheddar cheese
5. Microwave for 30-60 seconds, or until cheese is melted and bubbly
6. Enjoy!
