Pneumonia: Missed Longitudinal View, Seen on Transverse View

6 y.o. boy with fever (101.2F), cough, vomiting and left sided chest pain. Lung ultrasound performed for suspected pneumonia, multiple B lines visualized, initiallly missed on longitudinal (sagittal) scanning of left posterior chest, but identified on transverse scanning.
