This story is from my instructor Ed Lawson. Now passed. The school's head instructor was doing a demo with breaking a board doing a flying head butt.
The first attempt: not enough velocity, hit the board, fell down.
Second attempt: started at the far side of the room, hit the board and fell down.
Third attempt: he goes out to the parking lot, two students hold the doors for him, he runs in, bows to the flags mid-stride jumps... Isn't sure he's on target so he looks up to check. Successfully breaks board with face.
