Why is TVC always interview Samuel Nwanosike, former Chairman of Ikwerre LGA. What is interest of TVC in Rivers State?. The TVC even referred to him as embattled Chairman when she knows his tenure has expired.
Madam, d protest was peaceful bcoz it was organized by APC. If it was organized by youths and organized by Civil society, police will not allow to be peaceful.

Agbomayinma could not be factual bcoz is an APC member. Bring a lawyer who has no interest in this issue. I don't know what is d interest of this woman with Samuel Nwanosike who used his Local Government to built hotel for himself. Samuel Nwanosike does not anything than looting. Samuel Nwanosike forget about Ikwerre LGA, u will not go there again, more than 22 States are still running caretaker Committees, it is not only Rivers State. Samuel Nwanosike was sworn in for 3 years. He should go and sit down, d supreme Court judgement did not about his tenure elongation. TVC stop call this man and call qualied people to interpret d law for u.

This Samuel wants to continue to hold on to his ex-LG chairman position to get more money to complete his personal multi million Naira hotel project in Portharcourt.
Head of Administration were first asked to take over from the ex-LG chairman before the caretaker committee were appointed. Gov Fubara was not the first governor in Nigeria to appoint care takers before new LG-election is held. Why should Samuel's camp of Wike or ex-APC caretakers wanted to stop the October 2024 local government election?
The decamped 27 members of the house of assembly that extended ex-LG chairmen by 6 months is battling with validity of their membership of the house of assembly, having decamped from PDP to APC and that may take Supreme court to take final decision.
Did the recent Supreme court judgement extend 3 to 4 years relate to all ex-LG chairmen whose normal 3 years has expired like this ex-LG chairman Samuel be backdated?
If the ex-LG chairman's initial 3 years have expired, why should Samuel not wait for the next local government election coming up in October 2024 that will allow him to stay for the next 4 years. If Samuel is accusing Governor Fubara for appointing caretakers as against the Supreme court judgement, why should the 27 decamped members of house of assembly failed to comply with the same Supreme Court judgement section 109 that says, once you decamped from PDP to APC or to another party, you've lost your seat, and they should re contest under their new APC party instead of trying to deny their public and affidavit that they remain members of PDP?.

Government has what it takes to brings to bear with the law than all these bull-shit of self aggradazaments and abracadabra.

After the expiration of tenure you autommatically becomes persona non-grata.

What jurisdictions that an individual to interprete or detect the law for the State.🎉

TVC rest na……. It’s already nauseating seeing this man on your program everyday. If you don’t have other programs to cover, please go and rest. Some persons need government money to complete their hotels. Self acclaimed protester.
