Both housing schemes ‘show exactly’ the difference between Liberal and Labor

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the first home buyer schemes proposed by both major parties show "exactly” the difference between the two.

“We believe that the money you make – you should control,” he told Sky News host Paul Murray.

“The Labor Party … are never more uncomfortable when they learn that you might be able to control your own money, you might be able to spend the savings that you’ve worked very hard to accumulate.”

I haven’t seen Paul Murray this excited since he was a “one year free supply of KFC” winner.

Neither scheme makes sense when housing is ridiculously inflated.

Have we learnt nothing from the petrol/fuel industry. Any cuts/savings will just be absorbed by price hikes.

Vote correctly people!

The 4 majors take the 4 bottom spots with the sitting member last!

Use your preferences wisely and lets get a whole heap of Minors and Independants in for a hung parliament to keep the grubs in check👌

One Nation, Independants and UAP 1st downwards

It is time for a change...
It is time to sack them ALL

*You're not going back up! What people need to realise if you keep on walking you're only going down. When Central bank digital Currency comes in that's a difficult road to get out of.*

Scomo you should have seen the light earlier. We have been screaming about the super being accessed to enable to purchase family home. Why so late ???

We are stuffed with both major parties. They keep up the same pantomime of selling the mugs a house, as they are desperate to appease major donors. Where are single mums and others who don't work going to find the money for a deposit or monthly repayments? Additionally, where are elderly people expected to live after they sell the family home? Both of these excuses that masquerade as political parties know the truth. We are a nation with a total population the size of Los Angeles (with thousands who remain homeless). Yes, be careful on who you vote for!

*They will try to take it away from jibs into Central bank currency so they're just going to switch that around.*

Either scheme will not go far when a modest 1970's two bedroom villa unit in Melbourne can command $800, 000.

So do we have a Political party that could enable people to gain sufficient deposit for a house simply by working - like it used to be? Perhaps a stop to negative gearing and foreign ownership would help...and less greed...

Vote for independents and minor parties. Never forget and never forgive what these idiot politicians at both Federal and State level have done to us over the past two years and always put Liberal, Labor, Nationals and Greens absolute last on your ballot papers.
