I bought a "Knucklebender" from Amazon. It says "Fastcap" right on it. It looks NOTHING like the tool in this video. It looks more like a glorified wrench. 😢 I still have no idea how to use this thing to solve my problem. My next question is...who messed me over? Fastcap or Amazon?

Tried to order through link in description and it took me to a different product. Tried to order, but website REQUIRED me to give credit card BEFORE it would give delivery time estimate.

Thats shady. Why would I give my card info, just to find out the product wont ship for 4 weeks??

Regardless if it would have been same day delivery or 3 months from now. Your customers have deadlines for which they need tools.

Having them jump through hoops, just to find out that the tool they need will arive to late, is very annoying; because they have to start looking . all over again NOW WITH YOUR COMPETITOR.

Lots of websites can give you delivery time estimates by simply getting a Zipcode alone.
