Hi! I made a localhosting website I use php for my backend also I create dashboard for my website it is possible to upload it even I have no wordpress . I have no idea about wordpress I code it manually. I see in other tutorial that after you create database in mysql wizard I see wp_post like that but in xamp in my localhosting you create your owntable but in his exxample I see wp__ format mysql table in his database he made.
