I LOVE the newer fiber optic rgb desk mats. Some sellers will print whatever image you want on it and they're under $50. Some as low as $20.

The only reason why I can relate is bc I'm too broke for a chair or a desk and I sit and lay down on wool for both playing on my phone and PC. I can agree that it causes tons of skin irritation

Depends from the type of cloth... rubber+cotton you will not have skin rushes, if you use philè or just only rubber, is the worst kind to rub on those...

And bad for maintenance because it's hard to clean without damaging the surface making it thinner every time you clean it and most of the time dust accumulates and never been removed to your mousepad even washing it
