I would honestly assume its the same as jakesuit where her brain would just be "pushed to the side" and unable to control herself. Then again, he was able to spit finn out.

To start this off, her punch would not reflect back as it was shown in the comic.

And also, Elastigirl would be able to do the same thing that the theif is doing, except she would be squished and the possessee would not have their body parts moved around. Get this comment to 15 likes and I will go into further detail about Elastigirl possessing somebody else.

First of all, the theif's legs are going into her stomach, which is now stretched now to her feet, unless he manages to put his legs through the windpipe, meaning his legs are at her lungs, and her lungs would be at the bottom of her feet.
Secondly, his arms are around halfway through the throat, meaning her throat is stretched all the way to her fingers.
Thirdly, everything inside of her chest will be pushed to the side.
Fourthly, the top part of her skull is now near the top of her head, meaning that her brain and skull are being squished. Also, her eyes have to be pushed out of their sockets, or also pushed to the top of her head, if the theif can see.
And fifthly, his... thing... is right around where her... thing... is. By the way, just to get *inside* of Elastigirl, the theif would have to stretch her throat open around 2 - 3 feet in width and around 2 feet in length as it is too tight for the theif to put his legs and body through it.
Despite all of this, Elastigirl is still alive, even though everything is being pushed around inside her body. In the movies, we see her become completely flat, or stretched out very far and she is still alive after it. If she were to regain consciousness, she might feel her organs, muscles, bones, and other body parts being moved away from their normal location. If she were to eat something, either the theif would eat it (as now his mouth is right where her mouth would be) or it could barely pass by the theif. But then, it could fall into her arms through the esophagus, or go down all the way to her legs if he pushed through her stomach, rendering her unable to eat anything. If he pushed through her lungs, it isn't known if she would be able to breathe but she probably won't be able to. If Elastigirl were to stretch, the theif would stop the stretch in some places, or if she were to stretch upwards, the theif would either be stuck in the stomach or lungs, depending on where he put his legs through, and also the theif would not be able to use her powers unless they somehow fused into one person. If the theif needed to urinate or poop, it would all collect in Elastigirl's stomach or lungs. All of this is while not counting stomach acid, which would probably kill the theif almost instantly.
