Where does Capo Ferro say that the arm and sword move first when striking, followed by the legs and rest of the body. In chapter 12: On Striking, he states that everything moves in one tempo, but doesn’t specify that the hand, arm, and sword move first. It is also the only place in his treatise where he even talks about it, at least that I could find.

Nice demonstration of the cuts. Good coverage of the small, but vitally important, details of the lunge. I'm in the Canton of Seashire (Nova Scotia) & would like to use this video to help demonstrate the mechanics of Capo Ferro's lunge, if that's OK. Also, is your group moving towards cut & thrust via Capo Ferro?
