Tara that is so cool and I can't imagine the time you spent doing this. Definitely out of my comfort zone and pocketbook LOL I have a 3 lb little Yorkie as well full grown and she just goes Haywire at any noise parks and runs back and forth through the house trying to figure out where it's coming from. She will stare at the bedroom window all night long and just it could be a bird a butterfly she just goes crazy. But I found with Maltese and Yorkies they're very high strung and need a lot of affection and attention they don't like to be alone. So I'm glad she's with you on your table to calm her down such a cutie.

Oh Balls! I wish I would have known you were going to create this very cool piece! It really does look amazing Tara! As for the stickiness, oh balls😋 thats another rabit hole I've been down. It doesn't matter what varnish you use it makes it sticky! Ive tried a lot of different ones. The only product that doesn't cause that is flok art dragonfly glaze🤷‍♀️... but that only works if you want sparkle. The other advice I would give is Michael's craftsmart polymer clay is Soooo much easier to use! Its very moist and very easy to condition. It does leave black all over your hands, but honestly that's it only downfall. I got turned on to it by a jewelry maker and I'm so glad I switched. Its much more affordable too! I purchase six pounds at a time and every package of clay I get is perfect. Even with it you still want to condition it well before you work with it. I roll it out in my pasta machine very thin and I only start working with it when it has not cracking on the sides... which is probably not necessary. I recently (May) started sculpting on glass jars... I'm addicted! I've been working with all kinds of clay for about two and a half years. The polymer clay is by far my favorite! If you try the craftsmart, after you condition it you can leave it in a zip lock bag forever and it doesn't crack or dry out. So there is my unsolicited advice 😊. I have sold 4 of my jars so far...yay! This cool Texture piece will sell fast!😊🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
