DIY Sea Salt Spray for Beachy Waves and Curls

Hey guys !! In this video I show you how I like to make my DIY sea salt spray. I love using this in the summer especially because it has such a wonderful coconut scent ! If you have naturally curly hair like me, you will have beachy curls as the end result. If you have naturally straight or wavy hair you should have nice beachy waves after using a spray like this ! My sister had her hair like that and so I'd have to do her hair all the time. I liked to leave the bangs out to begin with and waterfall braid the rest of her hair (which is very long and thick, but it's only got a slight wave rather than being curly). Then I'd dutch braid her bangs(french braiding but bringing hair underneath) and pulled it loose so the braid was thick, then tucked it into the start of the waterfall braid. Looks great!

Yep you can ! I would suggest using a leave in conditioner before using the sea salt spray. My favorite is Garnier Fructis Smoothing Milk !

yes! my hair is naturally so straight and flat and this curls it like crazy

Thank you :) There is no harm in trying ! Only need a few ingredients and takes less than a minute to make ! Im sure you will get some nice waves- just make sure to use scrunching motions. May even suggest using a diffuser to dry the hair as well.

You can use this then braid your hair or twist it and it works really well I tried it on my friend who has pin straight hair and it came out amazing:)

Yes ! The sea salt helps to enhance the curl in your hair !

Coconut oil is really good for your hair as well as smelling good!! I would leave it in! It's also anti bacterial :)

Yes- the homemade one is the cheapest and most effective for me. Tresemme has some great hair gels !
