I fully endorse the "don't trespass" and "don't stalk" parts, those are honestly just "follow the law". Then you get to the "don't say things we don't approve of", and it's clear that there's going to be people abusing the policy. Granted, I'm not a big square enix fan, so the threat of not being able to play their games is a non issue.
