i would honestly love a video where you tell your ocs story, it doesnt need to be as much of a commitment as a comic, maybe a couple animatics or a speed paint where you go all out and try to explain their story in a dramatic way, there was another youtuber i knew who did videos like that and i was so invested in their ocs

The way you fill out, your sketchbook is always such a huge inspiration, and BTW, if you’re looking for good erasable, pens, look for frixion erasable pens they come in a ton of colors, and although the most common type have a thicker line, I do think they make finer sized pens. I love sketching with them, they erase super easy and they don’t even smudge with alcohol markers

If you're looking for merch ideas, one cool idea might be to sell patches / prints that people could sew or iron onto their own shirts, totes, etc., which is also a great way to upcycle and reuse clothing instead of making more!! I think Rachel Maksy mentioned something like this a few years ago, but it seems like a really great way for people to support your art without creating excess waste or buying into the fast fashion industry ❤❤

do NOT use erasable pens in your sketchbook!!! they are erasable by friction which means that eventually the ink will rub off... so your drawings will be gone in a year. i used to take notes for my job with those and when i went back to reference something from a few months ago, everything that i wrote with them was gone.

As someone who uses Crayola super tips as my main art supply, I was super surprised to see them get a mention! In terms of skin tones Crayola has a branch called colors of the world I believe which works well for different skin tones

To be fair about Spike, Joss Whedon put "THAT" scene into the show, and . . . so many people hate it, and feel like it doesn't make much sense. So . . . while it's important to acknowledge it, I also have no issue with retconning in my brain.
My cat's are named Spike and Drusilal, by the way, haha!
