Developed by the global rare sugars pioneer, Matsutani, ASTRAEA® Allulose tastes and functions similar to sugar while adding almost no calories, and now with FDA guidance, no grams of sugar. Replace sugar and cut both calories and grams of sugar values — without sacrificing performance or your products’ most tempting qualities.
ASTRAEA® Allulose has a similar taste profile to sugar and is 70% as sweet, helping you maintain consumer-winning sweetness in low-sugar products. It also provides similar functionality to sugar, such as bulking and browning
VERSASWEET® low-sugar syrups are 1/3 as sweet as sucrose and have a 50-70% lower percentage of mono- and disaccharides (DP1 + DP2) when compared to traditional glucose syrups – so you can sweetly reduce sugar on your product labels.
The low-sugar syrups have a clean taste, very similar to traditional glucose syrups and offer similar functionality and processability, so you don’t have to change your machinery. That means you can be up and running in hardly any time at all.
