I’m a business guy, I’m gonna tell you how much these guys actually made from Prime.

Ok, first 110 million in the first year and 250 in the second. 360 for two business cycles. Impressive, very impressive. But that’s sales, not profit. They aren’t pocketing all that money.

Logan and kai both own 20% each allegedly, so they keep 20% each of divided payments.

Then there is the cost to do business. Alegedly it costs $0.40 to make each prime bottle. Than there is the tax they have to pay in their revenue, equipment cost, worker salary, electricity cost, property tax, advertising. This is called overhead and it typically what takes up the bulk of expenses for any business. For a business this size and this young I would say they are at the most, pulling in $40-50 million in profit and that’s being optimistic since startup costs are still there and might have them with no profit currently.

What they don’t keep in the company they will disperse to shareholders in the form of dividends. Remember that 20% I talked about? That means roughy anywhere from 8-10 million in profit for Logan and ksi each per year. Still a nice payday but not anywhere close to what they are trying to make it sound like. I should also point out that they will be taxed on that as well.

They are doing the right thing looking to sell it. As a large shareholder, you will almost always make more liquid cash through an acquisition and buyout than through long term dividends. That 10 billion number is probably bogus. Even applying a 12x EBIDA multiplier, it’s not worth anywhere close to 10 billion.
