South of the Observatory.
The location isn’t marked with a district name, but instead can be found in the area marked by chemical stains next to Garrison on the map. When near the Observatory, look for a GRE Anomaly and then head slightly south of it to find the trailer.

Front of the VNC tower
Which Aiden explores during the Broadcast mission. Head forward when leaving the building’s entrance and you’ll find the trailer directly in front of you.

The roof of the VNC Tower
You can find this while completing Broadcast (you’ll be heading up there anyway) or you can return to the roof using the elevator on the VNC tower’s bottom floor after finishing the mission. When emerging from the elevator, you’ll see the trailer directly in front of you.

The west of the Smokehouse settlement
On the street below, GRE Truck can be found. The one on the far left can be opened.

Northeast of the ‘Teak’ Windmill
just on the border between Downtown and Garrison. It’s opposite a neon sign for a bowling alley and, if the district is allied with the Peace Keepers, a small watchtower.

Northwest of the Fish Eye
just next to a Military Convoy side activity. When reaching the convoy, you’ll find the trailer behind the nearby tank.

East of the Fish Eye
Look for the Artist Workshop settlement. You’ll find the trailer on a street north of the location.

Southeast of Fish Eye and the Metro: Newalls Crossing
Head to the streets below the Fish Eye and you'll find the Artifact Weapon's location.

Southeast of Saint Paul’s Cathedral
next to the gate to GRE Anamoly C-A-23.

Saint Paul Water Tower settlement
Once liberated, look for the GRE container to the left of the base's north exit. It'll be on the chemical-covered ground beneath the Water Tower's elevated platforms. You can jump to the entrance and use the GRE key to enter.
