The gentleman at the first store was so humble and I loved how he really knew that the customers were gonna be his best guide to picking barrels.

I went to golf tournament yesterday, gave a bottle of Eagle Rare to my friend for a present. He ended up winning a gift basket with a bottle of Eagle Rare in it and gave it to me. Like you said, you give and you shall receive!!!!

The (first) Desi in Houston was perfect example of the American spirit. He doesn't drink, owns a liquor store, but wants his customers to have the BEST for them. We should support anyone is our society who has those values. I'm glad you three matched his spirit which was all about finding good bourbon. Thank you so much for recognizing what small business is about and how it works and how to help it. If small business can't work, the only liquor store will be Costco. I just saw the 2nd Desi and he was so enthusiastic he gave you some store picks for as close to free as he could. Again, small business is often good business. Repeating what you said: the clostest thing (next store) in Houston is often 30 minutes away. Same for several of the mega cities like Dallas, Atlanta, LA, etc. Great video, enjoyed it.

Good stores to build relationships with. That store where the guy doesn’t know much about bourbon is perfect for someone to build a relationship with and both can benefit from it. Good video. #BottleKill

100% true on the value of traffic having more value than the $300ish you spent, We are going down for a bachelor party next summer and you best believe we are going to pay most of, if not all of these stores a visit just because!

Hey TJ.
I respect and like how you actually engage with your fans that recognize you and don’t act all big time.
We appreciate what you do and the reviews you give us on bottles.
Thanks for realness.

Blantons Gold for 149 is insane. Definitely mispriced that one, but huge score for you!

I just started collecting bourbons about a year ago, try my hardest to not just go to specs and total wine and take the easy route. I grew up 5 minutes from the first store yall went to. Completely forgot they were there and now will definitely add it to my rotation. What yall said at the beginning of yalls second segment is exactly why I was super excited to see the title of this video. Keep being awesome

I appreciate the Space City Liquors guy. No one has the magic formula to do right by everyone with allocations but sure seems like he tries which means he takes pride in his store. Ice tea cheers to him!
