nice splitters/couplers are always made with transformers to reach low insertion loss and good isolation, however they don't have same low fequency response ...expensive or home made tweaked reach 3.2 insertion loss and more than 16 dB over threeoctave ie 10-1000 MHz, mini circuit is a good manufacturer for these like Anzac ...

How do I calibrate the NanoVNA to measure power splitters? Should I do it as normally I would do to measure an antenna for example?

Hello IMSAI Guy, I have a Mini Circuits ZFSCJ-2-1, a 500mhz 180 degree splitter -combiner. How would one measure isolation and insertion loss and phase difference between ports on that?

You go to the NanoVNA but fail to show how you are using it. There is no mention of the key things you need to know in buidling a power divider which you call a splitter. Just jumping to the Nano without showing where you went to in the Nano and why defeats the usefullness of this video.
