Now michael did get scooped by ennard however during there cutscenes the arms barely move suggesting that he still has muscles left in his arms and legs. For legs. It’s simple. It’s the fact that he can still walk. But then again Michael could have had his muscles scooped so let’s put it as Michael >= William in strength.
