2022-0125 - Sprinter engine front end noise V1

Trying to troubleshoot a noise I noticed. It's more apparent when the camera is on the drivers side (USA) of the motor. It's sort of tinny... and not squeaky or chirpy. The tensioner, both idler pulleys, and alternator are new.
