I love that Carol has made this series. What a gift. Its interesting because just her saying, ignore that you may not understand why you're doing this- just her saying that and the simple way she's explaining things in these videos is what helps me see whats going on here. In a prior video she even said, you're reprogramming your mind. It is incredibly powerful. She inspired me to get the ACIM workbook. I only had the first edition text. I'm already seeing things completely different in my life.

Just a second ago I saw something as it wasn't but I don't see it as it is now. I wonder if I'll not see something as it isn't in the future...

I notice this all the time. If I listen to a lecture and then do the assigned problems for a class or something, I get the answer wrong and realize I somehow misheard or misunderstood something in the lecture. Also when things don't balance in accounting or a checkbook and nothing looks wrong and trying to find the error drives one crazy.

Example: When I told someone I did not see my husband bold (maybe for ten years he had no hair) until my son pointed it out. Boy, was I so fixated in the past.
