ok first check the upload speed of your network, and then if you have enough headroom then you can try 8000. Also its also ok to stream at 936p or 720p. a 936p or 720p stream at 5000 kbps looks fine.

please explain why over 8000 will look bad.. on youtube there's no limit well for vids i heard it used to be 20mbps so ima use 20mbps for streaming

I tried at 8000 but I got Twitch issues (the stream refuses to start, I see me live but the viewers can't), it seems that it doesn't support 8000... (I have good internet 700mbps down 300mbps up and good ping)

I did all of this, and my stream still kinda blurry especially when moving, I'm wondering if the cause is my AMD GPU encoding cuz that's what I'm using to stream. since AMD GPU's are not the best for streaming...RX 6600 here
