It’s so nice to see Matt and Summer back! Bet you a dollar the owner realized too late that four floors’ worth of stairs is too much for someone in their 70’s. I bet they’re sad to sell, because it really is a lovely house! Next one will be just as beautiful, just maybe on one or two floors.

Fantastic tour with all the gang. What I loved most about this house was the kitchen/diner space and the upstairs terrace area overlooking that gorgeous big garden. I hope the french windows at the back of the ground floor are reinforced glass with good locking system to prevent burglary. If I went abroad for any length of time I would want plenty of home security for peace of mind.

One of the few ultra-modern British properties I’ve seen with a classy sleek interior design rather than the bland or chintz. It has strong LA vibes. Very good. Oh and Matt seems to have gone all buff since the last we saw him 😆
