Why are people overlooking this Entry Level Turntable?

This might be the most overlooked turntable on the market. A great price, all the essential features of a great table yet people seem to either go too cheap or too expensive.
Is this the best of the budget friendly record players and the cheapest of our higher quality, entry to mid level tables? I think it could be. In this Video I'll compare the turntable I'm currently using at home to some potentially more popular tables that consumers seem to be going for instead.
Let us know if you think this table might suit you.

2M Red better than the AT-VM95E?!
I don't think so!
The 2M Red sounds awfully sharp, while the VM95E punches way above its weight...

Just ordered the LPW40WN because of this video - if you were closer to the Gong, I would have ordered from you guys as well. Was looking at dropping close to $1300 on the Debut Carbon Evo but you definitely changed my mind. I wouldn't class myself as an obsessive audiophile but I appreciate quality. Cheers for making these videos.

I have a Dual 1019 Turntable (German) from 1965 and it still works; mechanical all the way and built solid with fantastic sound with a pitch control and of course it plays 33 1/3, 45 and 78's.. $129 cost in 1965 and today it is worth it's weight in gold, All the ones I have looked at lately from all the popular brands not even touch this turntable. I am having it cleaned and serviced as I am typing this comment. As you can tell I am back in an era that everything was just well built. All of them are plastic now. NOTE: This unit plays and stacks 45's (12 at a time and albums 6 at a time, I know you just don't stack 33 1/3 records; I have 65 year old records I still play and they were all stacked. PS my unit almost looks like the day it was built even the dust cover no scratches.

Please review the LP3XBT. Would love to see what you think about it after spending a little time. Also would love to know if you could upgrade the phono cables to get a better sound.

That shaking up of all the need vs want and price vs quality and features I will want vs features I'll end up not needing is exactly what lead me to the LPW40WN as well. I did so much research before buying and everything else was either more expensive than I wanted with features I wouldn't need or was cheaper but less quality or about the same as this but was missing features I did want etc. I feel like the LPW40WN really is kind of the best bang for the buck on the market by offering quality where necessary and cutting cost where it wasn't needed anyway.

I've been spinning mine for about a year now and absolutely love this thing.

Awesome video!!! I wanted to ask for a whole set up video if you have time x
I might buy myself the AT-LP60X and I don’t really know what else I need to it. I only know I would need speakers but that’s about it.

the reason I have an automatic turntable is late night when I'm listening to vinyl I sometimes fall asleep and it's nice to know it will go back safe and turn off other than that I would use my manual turnatble.

I'm getting a Roksan Attessa turntables, it's on par with a Rega planar 3 performance wise, but I've ordered it at a price of £399, it's on offer, that's about $500, that's way less than the equivalent competition, the Rega planar 3 cost £1400 that's around $1800, so it's a clear winner as far as I'm concerned !

Personally I’ve got the lp3xbt and so far it’s a great turntable for the price and paired with an external amp and some decent bookshelf speakers it sounds awesome.

Randomly came across this video and I'm just struck with your accent, which is a very interesting muddle indeed. I'd say you're a Scot living in the States, but there's a real Northern Irish twang in there as well. Hard to tell!

Here in Japan there is also the AT-LPW50BT....I am between AT or TEAC (TN-4D-SE) at the moment.

DO NOT buy the 2M red, upgrade the stylus to the EN or ML level and it will demolish the Ortofon, and you will not even need to remove the cartridge to do this.

I bought a Victrola Eastwood and the only problem I have is that it doesn't have tonal arm weight adjustment and a lot of the albums I like are bass heavy.

Hey, would you suggest this with a bluetooth adapter or the 60x instead?

Really nice talk on the LPW40. You mentioned briefly the LPW50, what are your thoughts on it? It has adjustable feet which may help on getting it set up properly.

now if I new about the lp w -40 I would of gotten it instead of the pro-ject debut 3 they are both solid wood but the debut is more expensive and they both are manual TT's and the cart would be easier to change and there are no reviews of that TT thats why I may have not seen it at all JRo
