I finally found the motivation to make new drawings for that class and there ya have it! 💋 I've been feeling pressured (by myself) to make more and more art but I'm also trying to remind myself to take breaks and when I am taking one, to realllyyy enjoy it. AH THE CERAMICS. <3 i am in tears, this video made me so happy. exactly what you said about the childish paintings. there's just something about a wobbly handmade bowl with little scribbles that makes my heart feel full.

also, i adore your art style. screen printing seems so fun and intimidating at the same time, but i think yours turned out really good!!

That before bed routine was painfully accurate for me, you're like yay time to sleep at like 11 but you're not as sleepy anymore and spend like an hour + checking social media without noticing, when you told yourself you wouldn't be up past 11:30.

I think I need to mention here that I've been enjoying watching Emma Chamberlain's father, Michael Chamberlain who's an avid surfer and oil painter, and his Plein Air adventures on his YouTube channel. Speaking of artists who I think are really good, it seems like maybe you should be running the school and/or teaching the class. You sit down to draw and a thousand well-coordinated ideas seem to come flying out of your pen.
