Nice! A tutorial explanation video that leaves you understanding less than you did when you started watching. Yet it's not all false advertising. Bet all those reinforced buzzwords will make you sound intelligent enough if you put them in the right order and say them with confidence! What was that a little over 3 minutes and adding absolutely 0 information to anyone's accumulated knowledge.

The answer is not simple. High-level, the cost-per-bit to transmit data over LTE is less. So, even though the bits for connection are small, the total number moved around will continue to grow, and will ultimately be HUGE. So, efficiencies in the network will pay dividends.

There are other ways LTE is better, too. It is lower latency, meaning the user experience of sending and receiving data will feel faster, more responsive. Also, LTE is all IP-based, meaning it ties to Internet easier.

I'm sorry, but the video didn't completely explain what LTE was. It didn't mention at all what an LTE chip was, but simply showed that it can be put into our daily household items that we use.
