very good concept, unfortunately no one wants to do this because organic waste for biomass is unpredictable since a lot of people prefer to make their own composts at home. However a smaller scale of this can work really well at developing countries.

Need to federalize global prison system equip with clean water and waste facilities supply irrigation to rural communities . Having such a vital organ waste recovery system all over the planet would create higher quality of life but global economic environmental ecological atmospheric integrity but sustainability through reduction in global human impacts.
