I came from poverty in rural Louisiana with a family living on welfare. Everyone around was poor. I got out, moved to California, change my mind set and kept grinding. Now I’m a home owner, and a manager where I work . Mind set and the environment, makes a world of different. Trust me 👍🏿

You can't win the war of financial peace, if you don't live on less than you make, so you can give money back and have money to invest.
Save less and invest more to attain a financial peace

I agree with you about 95% and you forgot to mention we are the biggest consumers. We buy things to show off to other broke black people so we can feel good about ourselves.

Once I stopped being a god damn fool just like this man described my life has took tf off. Caring about my credit, caring about my health, the mindset of educating myself . All my friends scattered after that. THANK YOU

A Chinese Oncologist I worked for 12 years ago was constantly being bothered because she drove a 6yr old Honda Accord rather than a car based on her $300, 000+ annual income; granted she owned a home in one of the wealthiest zip codes. People don't understand about Not spending money on a depreciating asset.

Black and here for the business principles. I can't count how many times I've been told I'm too serious or I'm boring. I'm serious about handling my business. I really only started paying attention to YouTube while working from home during the pandemic. Glad I found you.

I have to agree on the fact that our culture tends to embrace too much negative and not enough positive!✊🏾

People who give up in life are people who lose in life, my first experience happens to be a failure but I never gave up cause I knew it was going to work out for me trying continuously, fortunately I'm smiling today by getting involved in investment.

My dad and I were talking about this today while we were listening to your earlier post today. We have a family business some black folks think we’re crazy for working long hrs. Reinvesting in the business not buying shiny shit to show off. Yet we’re thriving and they’re

Cheap rent is good when you have a plan. I've saved over 60k less than five years with cheap rent. But I get your point. Great video 👍🏿

He makes alot of great points, I grew up in the hood, single mom, no dad. My Mom did not allow slang language in her home, and please don't call me "nig** either because i will correct you too! I was always told that I talked like I was white.. Thank you Mom for keeping me safe and not allowing that environment to touch me. I went into the Marines at 18 yrs old, 12 year career and then the Auto industry for now 31 years. 6 figure earner, never went to college, home owner 3 times, no children, no misdemeanors, felonies or even a parking ticket! I've never even been arrested, I'm the guy that our women will say. "He has no swag!" 🤣 Maybe not, and I make no apologies for it, those streets never touched me..."Thanks Mom!" Keep ignoring brothers like me!
"He who laughs last, laughs best!"
Good word brother, keep teaching...

I remember having this conversation in a barber shop 25 years ago. A brotha was saying how we need to lift each other up. I disagreed. I said we need to cut ties with the weak links and dead weight. Those of us that want to do better assume that all of us want to do better. It's just the opposite. Surround yourself with people that think like you. And if you can't find blacks that think like you then find them of other races.

Interesting video 👍🏽 I’m a black woman who won’t date a man based on height or looks. It’s about character, education and an ambitious man.

Black culture and hood values kept me from taking advantage of various opportunities and mingling in valuable networks that I could have been a part of. Pretty much wasted a full athletic scholarship and the experience of a lifetime

I'm a black man who has seen both sides of the fence and I agree with this video 100%
