Left Lateral Rectus (Abducens nerve) Palsy

This video shows a person with left lateral rectus palsy. Lateral rectus muscle is responsible for abduction or outward movement of the eyeball, and is supplied by the abducens (or abducent) nerve. On asking the person to look to the left, he is unable to completely move the left eyeball and it stops in the middle.
