I had a hand similar to that once. I had Aces, the other guy had eights. The flop was King, King, Ace, Aces full of Kings. I lost, runner eights on fourth Street and river. Haven't played a live game since, COVID happened.

I’ve been there. Pocket aces. Flop comes 4 A 4. Check from the quads, half pot bet from BB, I raised, quads calls, BB calls. Turn is a dud. Quads bets, BB folds, I raise, snap reraise all in, I call.
