HBO Max does not exist on all smart TV's. Thanks HBO!
Even on later model smart TV's the app sucks. It freezes, won't reset, and it is sluggish to browse compared to other apps like Netflix.

What if it's already on your phone? You can't sign in again from your phone if already signed in.

MAKE SURE YOU TYPE IN ENTIRE ADDRESS AND HIT SEARCH ON KEYPAD OR ENTER ON KEYBOARD. DO! NOT! LET IT AUTO FILL THE ADDRESS OR IT WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE APP OR WEBSITE AND NEVER PROMPT YOU FOR A CODE!
