Strength = Teal Ninja. She doesnt have a lot of strength feats and he beat some of the villians in ninja in under a minute. Can knock out enemies in 1 single hit and is able to capture people equal to him in strength

Durabality = Scarlet Witch. teal ninja doesnt have much durablity feats other than taking hits from the ninja in the truck fight.

Speed = Teal Ninja ( should be more agile and and fast cuz he is a ninja )

Combat = ( teal ninja, was able to keep up with the ninja in hand to hand combat and was able to easily defeat more than 2 thugs at a single time and stop a entire gang of thugs with his team very easily.

Abilities = scarlet witch ( no explanation )

Attack potency = teal ninja ( a single super punch sent a villain bouncing of the walls several times over )

Skill = teal ninja ( like scarlet with is good with her abilities and stuff but teal ninja probably has enough training. Also were said the be able to capture the villains of ninjago ( something that the old ninja cant do although the old ninja are stronger than the new ninja by quite the margin so it doesnt really make sense unless they got caught so that the plot can make sense.

Offense = scarlet witch she uses is stuff for telekeneiss and uses it to pin people to the ground

Defense = teal ninja

Combat speed = teal ninja

Travel speed = equal

Battle = teal ninja mid - high diff.
