I'm gonna reference a Tabletop RPG I listened to back in the day on MechaGM's channel, and I suggest "The Tower of Ivory". It was a tower built for the purpose of a mage that was so engrossed into his magical research, that he eventually died of natural causes. He then got back up AFTER dying because "He wasn't done yet".

Oh goodie, I can actually give advice in this one. when it comes to the infuser in Force craft, there's a specific item within the quest chain that produces RF, not a lot, but enough, it looks like the generators from the old tekkit days. you'll need to put force gems into the infuser, it'll automatically convert those into force liquid, bucket some out, put it into the generator (along with another liquid, milk has the best output), and provide it with a redstone signal, it'll power the infuser (it should go without saying, but you need to place the generator next to the infuser).
Also an important bit of info, you want the speed upgrade (the yellow one), not necessarily the heat upgrade.
Another thing I learned accidentally (and nearly gave me a heart attack) the force furnace auto deposits its output in a container next to it.

I'll also mention this here again, if you ever need armor, the force craft armor doesn't have durability, and has strength similar to iron. At the very least, until you get magic robes.

My tower name suggestion would be Pillar of the Heavens

I like the Gray Tower, it both represents what it is made of and the fact that gray is a neutral color can also insinuate that the magic used there is neither just good or just evil.

The Rainbow Spire
The Tower of Unnatural Colours
The Misbegotten Spike of Stripes

Explanation:
All of these are based on the idea that future tower levels, all being based on their own mods, will include where possible that mods blocks. Primal Magic for instance would be white with all the marble, while Forcecraft's would be bright yellow. In the end this would create a colorful, almost like striped look.

Really even though the above names are admittedly terrible (I suck at naming things okay?) I think the selected name should be based on this concept!

In ars nouveau there's a cool portal mechanic that I think you might have dabbled with the stable warp scroll. But if you build a nether style portal out of source stone and have a jar of source near by, you can use an unstable warp scroll on it and you will make a permanent portal to whatever location you bound to that scroll initially. It's an instant teleport as well. My idea is that you just use it like a magic elevator to go up and down instead of stairs and can just be embedded into the wall. Also it does need source for it to run once it activates and I don't think there is a size limit to how big you make your portal

Given the fact that in order to learn primal magic and the story behind it you basically have to translate all these different book and even uncover unknown elements in certain items. All that is really Mystical. So my suggestion would be : The Tower of Mysteries

Hmm maybe with all the dead space on the base floor make it kinda like a library? Similar to the Primal Magic one you found. Also instead of using stairs could do portals to different floors, and each portal could be decorated to resemble which mod floor it leads to.

Tower name suggestion: l'aiguille lunaire or Acul Lunar. Both mean The Lunar Needle.
Just depends on whether you prefer French, or Romanian (where Transylvania is located).

Call your tower The Nerd Pole. After-all, magic does require intense study, which is kinda nerdy.
