Title says BlackBerry in 2021...And the most recent, Evolve X, came out 2 years ago!! :/

I'd be willing to buy KEY one/2 phones for the rest of my life if
1) Android could continuously be updated once BB ensures security for most recent Android version
2) it had greater durability via removable battery, screen protectors, cases, etc (another area in which BB is losing $$) and
3) BB OEM same day repair arrangements like you once had with Sprint.

I'd much rather pay BB for phone insurance vs Asurion.
4) give us back the "every file/setting backup" that we had with BB 7OS. When I had issues, I'd back up my phone to my PC & head to local Sprint store.

If Sprint couldn't repair my phone, they'd give me a replacement, I'd go home and install my backup, and it was though it was the same phone from 2 hours ago. EXACTLY the same. Including personal dictionary and keyboard autocorrects.

No reinstalling contacts, various accounts, photos, videos, losing settings and files, etc etc etc. It was the. Exact. Same. Phone. (But new). And SUCH a major time saver that was too!!
