I have an extra tip for the field flipping. After you’ve sold the land back then you’ll see a contract for that exact field shortly after. If you do the contracts for them (I think you only have to do seeding/planting) then the crop will be there during harvest season. That way you’re getting paid to cultivate, fertilize, plant and weed/spray AND you get to keep the harvest for yourself. Sound like a good deal to me!

Yeah great way to make money.
Lease a 28.000 harvester to harvest a field that gives you a yield of 20.000 😅😉

For the subidy signs: there is no limit on how many you can place on a field. Why not place 20 per field? Or 200?
For the ones not using mods or cheats or anything: sell everything you can, machinery and buildings. Place solar panels and turbines on your fields. Let the game run at max speed. Invest your money in more fields with panels and turbines. Rinse and repat. Get money without doing anything. Get rich just watching the screen. Be the farmer who doesn't farm, without any effort.

I think the amount you can loan depends on the value of the farmlands you own. The higher the value of your owned lands the more you can loan. At least, that’s how it was in FS19.

You can create farms in multi-player and transfer the money without jumping back and forth between game and main menu. Then delete the fams. Rinse and repeat.

i startend a game on a friends account. sold Everything excerpt the house. took the max loan and bought a big windmill, went to sleep at the house until i could buy the the medium sized windmill. slept again and just kept going. with in four hours i make 1, 5 milion per day

You can change the amount of the reward for doing contracts on PC.

imo leasing vehicles early game is really bad
maybe a thing like a plow you use only once in a while is a good idea, but once you start leasing all vehicles you need from rough field to harvest you're highly likely to lose money

I'm playing on the elm creek map. Everytime I try to harvest potatoes it stops counting what I harvest. It will keep harvesting but if I complete the field it won't say I completed the contract
