The sequence is two tracks of Elektron Digitone, sequenced by Logic Pro via usb. The lead is a Behringer 110 module CV controlled by the Berglund Instruments NuRAD breath controller.

Really like the key changes in your improv. Super synth voice. I've been designing me a modular on paper with the Behringer 2500 series. Lot of bang for the buck. Decades ago I had an original ARP 2500 on loan for over a year.
