Opencv demo to decode image that designed to detect human

Opencv demo to decode image that designed to detect human, the images are collected from a popular website and ran against the algorithm to ensure that it achieved high percentage of accuracy of decoding the image into individual image character.

The demo consists of running the algorithm against 3 sets of images. Each image is decoded successfully into 4 characters in image format. These images are later processed by open source optical character recognition and passed back the main application to enter these characters into the website,
